A piece that is not in our current music library.
Our current music library contains approximately 200 pieces including standard wedding selections, classical pieces,
and pop tunes. Many pieces in our repertoire are listed on the Wedding
Music or Contemporary pages. The quartet manager can confirm whether
or not the piece is in our library.

Accompaniment for a vocalist or solo instrument.
For vocalists, there is a list of our
accompaniment here.
We require at least one rehearsal with the soloist.
Please contact the quartet manager as
soon as possible about your request.
She will need to
know the following:

Title and composer/artist of the piece.

For accompaniment, the type of soloist (vocal, type of
instrument, etc.).
Preparation Time and Additional
Fees
Depending on the amount of work necessary to perform your piece,
there may be additional fees and guidelines to allow time for us to prepare.

- Work with the quartet manager to see if a fee applies.
- A minimum of 5 weeks notice is required to order and rehearse the piece.

- A fee will be incurred for a custom quartet arrangement. Price is set by the arranger
and charged to the client.
- A minimum of 6 weeks notice is required to allow time for the arrangement to be
written and rehearsed.
- Please keep in mind that not all pieces lend themselves to arrangement for a string quartet.
If it is determined that the piece is not suitable for performance, the quartet manager will work with you to discuss options.

In this case, the arranger must listen
carefully to a recording, write down every note, and arrange the music or the quartet. This is labor intensive
- Pricing will be set by the arranger.
- Minimum of 8 weeks notice is required
to allow for the arranging and rehearsals.
